Demo and contact requests use the name, business, email, optional phone, number of locations, interests and message provided to answer the request. The expected ground is taking requested pre-contractual steps and must be confirmed during legal review.

User accounts may involve identity, professional, credential and usage data to deliver and secure the service. Contract performance and, where applicable, legal obligations and legitimate security interests are the expected grounds and require validation.

No separate marketing purpose or legally significant automated decision-making was detected on the public website. The demo checkbox records acknowledgement of this notice and does not authorize marketing.

Supabase is used for data infrastructure, Vercel for deployment and Resend for email. Actual processing locations, contractual safeguards and any international transfers must be confirmed. Appropriate safeguards must be used where required.

Data is kept only as long as needed to answer a request or provide the service, followed by applicable limitation periods. Exact retention and deletion schedules remain to be confirmed.
