The services are offered by Mario Stangl Arroyo. By using the website or a trial, you accept these terms and linked policies.

Users must have legal capacity and authority to act for a business, provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and report unauthorized access.

Plateon may be used only for its enabled evaluation or management purposes. Illegal content, rights violations, access-control bypass, system interference, abusive automation and attacks on third parties are prohibited.

Plateon retains rights in its software, design, documentation and brands. Users retain their rights in submitted data and confirm they are authorized to process and provide it.

The service may rely on Supabase, Vercel and Resend. Maintenance, corrections and third-party interruptions may affect availability.

Liability is governed by applicable law and nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Access may be proportionately suspended for security risks, unlawful use or breach. Material changes will be communicated or published with an updated date.

Spanish law applies subject to mandatory rules. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, warranties and service levels remain subject to separate commercial terms.
